Description
This course, led by an experienced counselor and life coach, explores how people make decisions and how to make better ones in everyday life. Learners examine the natural decision-making abilities everyone has, why instinct and intuition can sometimes mislead, and how self-knowledge helps guard against overconfidence. The course covers setting and reaching personal goals, the impact of small daily choices, handling a crisis, using emotions as a decision-making tool, and making decisions with others. Learners also build guidelines for taking risks, understanding the role of luck, recovering from mistakes, and changing habits, finishing with a set of practical decision-making tools and resources.
